Gulfood Manufacturing 2026: SternVitamin Showcases Its New Standard Premix Portfolio and Innovative Product Concepts

At Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 in Dubai, SternVitamin, a global supplier of micronutrient premix solutions, will showcase a new portfolio of standardized micronutrient premixes developed for key food and beverage applications in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Alongside these ready-to-use solutions, the company will present innovative product concepts demonstrating how micronutrient expertise can be translated into relevant and appealing food and supplement applications.

The company will exhibit at Gulfood Manufacturing from 3–5 November 2026 at Stand R-N14 in Sheikh Rashid Hall alongside Hydrosol and DeutscheBack.

Standardized formulations for efficient micronutrient fortification

SternVitamin’s new portfolio of standardized premixes is designed to simplify the process of developing fortified foods and beverages for manufacturers in the MEA region. The formulations are tailored to relevant nutritional needs and applications in food and beverages. Hence, they provide a practical basis that can be further adapted as required. By using pre-developed micronutrient formulations, manufacturers can streamline product development while focusing on application-specific requirements, product positioning, and market needs.

Among these products are a fortified protein bar, developed in collaboration with OlbrichtArom, Sternchemie, SternEnzym, Herza and SternLife, and an instant food supplement with the premix SternVita Longevity.

In response to the growing popularity of ‘healthy snacking’, the double chocolate brownie-flavoured protein bar contains a premix that provides B vitamins and other nutrients for long-lasting performance and immune health. Vitamins B₁, B₃, and B₆ support energy metabolism, helping to increase energy levels, while vitamins C and E support the normal function of the immune system.

SternVita Longevity is a science-based premix that allows customers to create targeted products for the growing 25+ consumer demographic. It addresses the growing interest in longevity and healthy aging. The premix combines essential vitamins and minerals with functional ingredients to support three key aspects of healthy aging: cellular integrity and metabolism, physical resilience and defense, and mental performance and well-being. The product concept is designed for simple daily use and combines the convenience of a powder format with a refreshing grapefruit-yuzu flavor developed by OlbrichtArom.
